All participants will be required to agree to the following declarations in order to participate in any Enterprise Academy activity.
- I/We agree to deliver my business legally and ethically
- I/We will not exploit any person whether they are an employee, customer, supplier or consultant by nature of their position or standing
- I/We will aim to provide a job, placement or other support to a young person as soon as our business is in a position to do so and should it require staffing (or equivalent)
- I/We will try to ensure that our net contribution to community sustainability is greater than what we take from the community
- I/We will follow a triple bottom line recording and will therefore value and criteria the environment and society and not just profits
- I/We will use a percentage of our profits to support worthwhile charities
